Obituary

And call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.
Psalm 50:15

Walter DeAngelo Barnes, 65, son of James W. and Willie Person Barnes, was born May 2, 1952 in Wise, NC.  He departed this earthly home, and journeyed to his heavenly home on Friday morning, May 12, 2017 at his home in Accomac, VA.

Angelo worked on the farm with his family until they passed away.  After their passing, he decided to try city living.  His first job was working for Perdue as a processor.  He worked for many years, until his health began to fail.  He would always say, “Chickens are not good for anything but to lay eggs.

In addition to his parents, Angelo is preceded in death by a sister: Helen Barnes Johnson.
