Eugene Williams

Mr. Eugene Williams, 68, was born on July 14, 1948 to Dorothy and David Williams and went to be with the lord on April 11, 2017 He lived in Warrenton, North Carolina for his early years with his grandparents, Kattie and Richard Christmas.   At age 10 years old Eugene moved to NY to live with his mother and younger brother Michael.   Eugene secured a union job in construction and bought his first home in his early twenties. Soon after the death of his 21 year old brother Michael, Eugene and his mom relocated to Warrenton where he lived the remainder of his life. 

Eugene had a good heart and always cheerfully acknowledged people.  He called everyone “Bob” (I guess it was in case he couldn’t remember their names). Eugene read the bible often and firmly believed in God. 

Funeral Serivice will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 1pm from the R.H. Greene Funeral Home Chapel.  Mr. Williams may be viewed on Tuesday from 12pm until 7pm at R.H. Greene Funeral Home.

He is survived by his mom, Dorothy.Williams,  two daughters Rosalyn Williams and Kia Ammonds, his grandchildren, Kamali Shabazz, Erick Williams, Sr., Erick Williams Jr., Geneva Ammonds, Jaeden Ammonds, Eugene Morley, Ashley Morely,his Aunt, Susie Davis, and a host of cousins.
