Zenobia "Brenzie" Williams Hopkins

I'm determined to see Jesus, and I know that He will welcome me.  He has promised to prepare a mansion, where I dwell to all eternity.  R. H. Greene is offering compassion and love to the relatives of Mrs. Zenobia "Brenzie" Williams Hopkins, age 81 of 466 Hubquarter Road in Macon, North Carolina.  Mrs. Hopkins transitioned on Monday, January 10, 2022 at the Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Zion Baptist Church in Littleton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Clinton Boyd, Pastor will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Hopkins is survived by:  one son, Alphonso Owens Hopkins (Novella) of Macon, North Carolina; five daughters, Carol Evans (Kelvin), Diane Baxter (Mario) all of Macon, North Carolina, Faye Wharton of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Zenobia I. Hopkins of Macon, North Carolina and Patricia Bennett (Tayshon) of Rocky Mount, North Carolina; eighteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; five sisters, Freda Alston, Johnsie Williams (Leonard) and Faye Williams all of Warrenton, North Carolina, Audrey Ferrell (Wilbert) of Tallahassee, Florida and Sequence Davis (Donald) of Manson, North Carolina; one aunt, Cora Dean Williams of Warrenton, North Carolina; three sisters-in-law, Oneida Williams of Warrenton, North Carolina, Alvin Alston of Macon, North Carolina and Carrie Craddox (James) of South Hill, Virginia; two brothers-in-law, Gillis Hopkins and Richard Hopkins (Ann), both of Greensboro, North Carolina; nieces and nephews raised as her own, Clifton Williams, Carrie Williams, Loretta Nixon, Anthony Williams and Angela Harris; special family friends, Pastor Clinton and Jeanette Boyd, Clara Jones, Bessie Jones, Joyce Carter, Millicent Hopkins and McCoin Brown; a special caretaker, Joyce Shearin; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Hopkins will lie in repose on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 7:00 p.m. at R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

Al person in attendance must wear mask and social distance protocol will be followed.
