William Amos "Billy" Waller

Some glad morning when this life is over, I'll fly away.  With compassion, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relatives of Mr. William "Billy" Waller, age 78 of 542 Manson Axtell Road, Norlina, North Carolina.  Mr. Waller transitioned on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Duke Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Greenwood Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Eddie W. Lawrence, Pastor will officiate.  Interment with military honors will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  his wife, Bessie Terry Waller of the home; two daughters, Pamela Waller of the home and Shanetta Waller of Raleigh, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Kai, Kaden, and Kayla; one God-granddaughter, Taliah; one “adopted” daughter, Coralyn; two sisters-in-law, Elnora Rowe and Irene Terry; four brothers-in-law, Willie Terry, Jr. (Cheryl), Clifton Terry (Emily), Andrew Terry, and Darryl Terry (Sandra); one special aunt, India Alston, and a host of nieces, nephews, beloved relatives, and friends.

Mr. Waller will lie in repose on Saturday, February 22, 2025 in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.

The family will receive visitors and friends at the home, 542 Manson Axtell Road, Norlina, North Carolina.
