Precious Lord, take my hand, lead me on and let me stand.  With loving hearts, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relatives and friends of Mr. Tyrone Johnson, age 69 of Boydton, Virginia.  Mr. Johnson transitioned on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at his residence in Boydton, Virgina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, March 1, 2026 in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation and service starting at 2:00 p.m.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  two sons, Vonzel Fulwood (Shaquila) of Gastonia, North Carolina and Troy Johnson of Paterson, New Jersey; three bonus children, Mary Adams of Baltimore, Maryland, Tyril Fuller and Shecky Fuller, both of Paterson, New Jersey; thirteen grandchildren; one brother, Amos Johnson (Monica) of Paterson, New Jersey; a cousin raised as his sister, Sylvia Bagley Bethea (Wesley) of Palmer Springs, Virginia; one brother-in-law, Jerry Bond of Palmer Springs, Virginia; three god-sisters, Diane Howell of Palmer Springs, Virginia, Deborah Hunt of Lawrenceville, Virginia and Cecelia Pitt of Bronx, New York; two uncles, Garland Bagley (Carolyn) of Manson, North Carolina and Levi Jiggetts, Sr. of Boydton, Virginia; two aunts, Viola Bagley of Brooklyn, New York and Gloria Bagley of Queens, New York; one great-aunt, Bertha White of Palmer Springs, Virginia; a niece (goddaughter), Shavonne Best; one nephew, Isiah Bond; two nieces, Shante Johnson and Janelle Gass; a special friend, Barbara Chavis of Boydton, Virginia; a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

The family will receive visitors and friends at the home of Jerry Bond, 2897 Paschall Road, Boydton, Virginia.
