Trustee Johnerson T. Burnette

Cares all past, Home at last, Ever to rejoice.   Trustee Johnerson T. "Johnny" Burnette age 75 of Wise, North Carolina departed this life on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Warren Hills Nursing Center in Warrenton, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Russell Union Church Cemetery in the Oine Community, Manson, North Carolina.  The Reverend Daniel King, Pastor will officiate.

Cherished moments and memories will forever be cherished by:  his wife, Betty “Beedie” Jones Burnette of the home; two children, Brenda Spruill and Wallace Jones (Debra) both of Wise, North Carolina; several grandchildren; his mother, Daisy Russell Burnette of Brooklyn, New York; siblings, Nancy Davis (Larry) of Durham, North Carolina, Edgar Burnette (Maggie Ann) of Annapolis, Maryland, Larry Burnette and Warren Burnette, both of Brooklyn, New York, Rebecca Burnette Harrison of Henderson, North Carolina and Angela Burnette Taylor (Darryl) of Brooklyn, New York; one brother-in-law, Isaac Harrison of Wise, North Carolina; three sisters-in-law, Nannie Jones and Hattie Jones, both of Norlina, North Carolina and Rosa Jones of Wise, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Trustee Burnette will lie in repose on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.
