Thurman Lee Hargrove

During this moment of sadness, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the remaining loved ones of Mr. Thurman Lee Hargrove, age 76 of 1101 US Highway 1 North, Norlina, North Carolina.  Mr. Hargrove transitioned on Friday, July 10, 2020 at the Warren Hills Nursing Center in Warrenton, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Warrenton Baptist Church, 114 S. Bragg Street, Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Dr. Angela D. Powell will officiate and interment will follow in the Oak Level United Church of Christ Cemetery in Manson, North Carolina.

Those left to cherish his memories are: his wife, Stella Wyche Hargrove of the home; two children, Amy Hargrove and John Lee Hargrove, both of Norlina, North Carolina; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jeannette Bullock of Soul City, North Carolina, Rosa Hargrove of Norlina, North Carolina and Barbara Henderson of Drewry, North Carolina; six brothers, Richard Hargrove of Soul City, North Carolina, Willie Hargrove of Drewry, North Carolina, James Hargrove of Henderson, North Carolina, John Hargrove of Alexandria, Virginia, Bobby Hargrove of Wise, North Carolina and Charles Hargrove of Warrenton, North Carolina; six sisters-in-law, Paulette Wyche, Ellen Watson, Ida May Davis, Lillie Mae Hargrove, Lori Hargrove and Constance Hargrove; three brothers-in-law, Michael Wyche, Leroy Wyche and Cardell Wyche; one uncle, Willie D. Bullock; three aunts, Nancy Russell, Lucille Davis and Aunt Tinnie; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Hargrove will lie in repose in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home on Friday, July 17, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
