Shirley Mae Taylor Falcon

With tender hearts of sympathy, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering compassion and care to the loved ones of Mrs. Shirley Mae Taylor Falcon, age 83 of Henderson, North Carolina.  Mrs. Falcon transitioned on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Universal Healthcare in Oxford, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Odell Baptist Church in Littleton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Lennis Thorpe, Pastor will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by:  her husband, William Falcon Sr. of the home; two sons, Ernest Taylor of Vaughn, North Carolina, and William Jr. (Phillis) of Henderson,  North Carolina; five grandchildren, Ernest Taylor, Jr (Jennifer) of Mebane, North Carolina, Qiana Taylor of Vaughn, North Carolina, Jermiel Hagrove, Candace Hargrove, and Rashun Hargrove, all of Henderson, NC and ten great grandchildren: two sisters, Ernestine Pierce of Youngsville, North Carolina and Clementine Ayscue of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; seven brothers, Herbert Taylor, Jr. (Minnie) of Vaughn, North Carolina, Hal Taylor (Doris) of Richmond, Virginia, Leroy Taylor (Maxine), James Taylor (Queen Ester),  Charles Taylor (Patricia),  David Taylor (Rene’) and Alvin Taylor (Kim) all of Vaughn, North Carolina; two brothers-in-law, John Falcon Sr. (Hazel) of Macon, North Carolina and James Talley (Sandra) of Forestville, Maryland; one sister-in-law, Gwendolyn Terry of Warrenton, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.

Mrs. Taylor will lie in repose at R. H. Greene Funeral Home on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
