Robert Earl Wright

There will be no tears in Heaven, no crying in Glory, all of God's Children will be happy, no tears in Heaven for you and me.  During this moment of mixed emotions, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering care and compassion to the loved ones of Mr. Robert Earl Wright, age 59 of 448 Summit Road, Henderson, North Carolina.  Mr. Wright transitioned on Friday, November 26, 2021 at his residence.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the sanctuary of Greater New Hope Baptist Church, 515 Raleigh Street, Oxford, North Carolina.  Elder Allen F. Brown will officiate and interment will follow in the Jordan Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina.

He is survived by:  his wife, Karen Foster Wright of the home; two children, Robert Dartez Wright (Philreca) of Wake Forest, North Carolina and McKayla N. Wright of Henderson, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Raegan Wright, Alanah Wright and Casey Clark-Wright; nine siblings, Anthony Wright of Louisburg, North Carolina, Stephon Wright (Rhonda) and Gregory Perry (Theresa), both of Henderson, North Carolina, Carl Wright and Melissa Wright (Travis), both of Wake Forest, North Carolina, Tony Wright, Annie Wright and Delente Williams, all of Franklinton, North Carolina and Ella Wright of Raleigh, North Carolina; five sisters-in-law, Whilemina Judkins of Daytona Beach, Florida, NeTasha Foster and Brendetta Clark, both of Raleigh, North Carolina, Quanetta Clark of Little Washington, North Carolina and Destany Hawkins of Henderson, North Carolina; six brothers-in-law, Apostle Previs Foster of Wake Forest, North Carolina, Ron Judkins (Shena) of Youngsville, North Carolina, Brian Foster (Ondray) of Wake Forest, North Carolina, Robert Crawley, Sr. and Sean Hargrove both of Henderson, North Carolina, Dylan Hawkins of Raleigh, North Carolina; his step-mother-in-law, Ann S. Foster of Henderson, North Carolina; one step-sister-in-law, Phyllis Hawkins of Henderson, North Carolina; two step-brothers-in-law, George Hawkins, Jr. and James Hawkins, both of Henderson, North Carolina; several aunts and uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Mr. Wright will lie in repose on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 12:00 noon until 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

The service will be live streamed on the RH Greene Funeral Home facebook page.  Masks will be required at the service.
