Louise "Sis" Boyd Fields

When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus, we will sing and shout the victory.  With loving hearts, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the loved ones of Mrs. Louise "Sis" Boyd Fields, age 96 of Henderson, North Carolina.  Mrs. Fields transitioned on Friday, November 14, 2025 at her residence.  

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Coley Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Marktontio Royster will officiate and the Reverend Clarence J. Dale will deliver the eulogy.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  nine children, Barry Lee Fields of Warrenton, North Carolina, Clarence Fields of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mariah Cox of Lumberton, North Carolina, Joe Nathan Fields, Edna Fields, Jacqueline Davis, Doris Johnson, Carlo Fields and Sylvester Fields all of Henderson, North Carolina; one step-daughter, Jennette Daniels Spencer; a special granddaughter, Beverly Fields along with thirty grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren; one goddaughter, Sheila Barnes of Henderson, North Carolina; three sisters, Bessie Solomon of Newport News, Virginia, Cora Johnson of Warrenton, North Carolina and Margaret Davis of East Orange, New Jersey; one special niece, Wanda B. Peacock of Newport News, Virginia; two special nephews, George Lee Dale of Henderson, North Carolina and Pastor Clarence J. Dale of Raleigh, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Mrs. Fields will lie in repose on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors and friends at the home of Doris Johnson, 53 Brokenfence Loop Lane, Henderson, North Carolina.
