Joyce Ann Jones Williams

I've had some good days, I've had some hills to climb, I've had some weary days and some sleepless night, but when I look around, I won't complain.  With care and compassion, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relatives of Mrs. Joyce Ann Jones Williams, age 71 of Norlina, North Carolina.  Mrs. Williams transitioned on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at the Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Coley Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Carson F. Jones, Jr., Pastor will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  two children, Christy Williams of Warrenton, North Carolina and William Henry Williams (Metoka) of Rocky Mount, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Shaineka Dunn (Deshawn), Taniyah Williams and Jaquarious Williams; three step-grandchildren, Makayla Burnette, Mareesha Burnette and Marqasha Burnette; one special great-grandbaby, Angel Dunn; two sisters, Janie Ferrell of Hartford, Connecticut and Patricia Williams of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; one brother, Willie T. Jones of Hinesville, Georgia; one aunt, Elsie Daye of Wake Forest, North Carolina; four brothers-in-law, Harry Linwood Williams of Henderson, North Carolina, Joe Williams, Sydney Williams and Robert Williams all of Louisburg, North Carolina; two special nieces, Sheila Harris of Greensboro, North Carolina and Sharon Hayes of Youngsville, North Carolina; four special friends, Vickie R. Jones, Sheila Lowe, Amena W. Wilson and Hannah H. Bullock; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Mrs. Williams will lie in repose on Sunday, December 3, 2023 in the sanctuary of Coley Springs Missionary Baptist Church from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services.
