Jessie Kaye Thomas

It may be morning, night or noon, I don't know, how soon, that's why I'm sending up my timber everyday.  With loving hearts, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the loved ones of Mrs. Jessie Kaye Thomas, age 66 of Washington, D.C.  Mrs. Thomas transitioned on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at the George Washington Hospital in Washington, D.C.  

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 12:00 noon in the Warrenton Fire Department Multi-Purpose Center, 236 S. Main Street, Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Ogletra P. Cooper will officiate and Reverend Lawrence Williams will deliver the eulogy. 

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  her loving companion of 37 years, Andrew Davis of Washington, D.C.; two sons, Andrew Thomas and Jermaine Thomas, both of Wilson, North Carolina; six grandchildren; one sister, Vicky Thomas of Roanoke, Virginia; two brothers, Danny Thomas of Atlanta, Georgia and David Thomas of Roanoke, Virginia; four sisters-in-law, Laura Mae Davis, Shirley Steed (James), Elaine Sledge (Clarence) and Mattie Barnes (Walter) all of Warrenton, North Carolina; three brothers-in-law, Willie "Bo" Alston and Ronald Tunstall, both of Warrenton, North Carolina and Calvin Davis (Jackie) of Henderson, North Carolina; a special friend, Mimi of Washington, D.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. 

The family will receive visitors at the home of Andrew Davis, 249 No Bottom Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.
