Ms. Janet Deloris Falcon Brown, 54, daughter of Deacon James A. Falcon and the late Lois Powell Falcon, was born March 27, 1962 in Warrenton, NC. The Lord took her home to eternal rest on the morning of March 1, 2017 at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.
Early in her life, Janet joined the New Bethel Baptist Church in Macon, NC.
Janet was educated in the Warren County Public School System where she graduated from John Graham High School in Warrenton, NC.
Janet was united in Holy matrimony to Andre’ Brown of Virginia Beach.
She was employed with Sitters Companion Adult Care in Portsmouth, VA where she was an office manager. She was also employed with Caring Hearts Health Care and Value City Furniture in Virginia Beach, VA.
In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, traveling, taking care of her dog, “Sassy,” and spending with her family.
She will be greatly missed by her family and her friends.
In addition to her mother: Lois P. Falcon, she is also preceded in death by her sister: Linda F. Terry; and three brothers: David Jr. Falcon, Myles N. Falcon, and Walter J. Falcon.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving dog: Sassy (her baby) of the home; her father: James A. Falcon of Warrenton, NC; two brothers: John L. Falcon of the Netherlands, and Albert L. Falcon of Warrenton, NC; two sisters-in-law: Flora Ann Falcon of Henderson, NC and Ola Falcon of Warrenton, NC; four devoted friends: Gary Hunson and Barbara Bynum, both of Portsmouth, VA, Tammy Sue of Florida, and Sirena Stephenson of Virginia Beach, VA; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nephews, and other relatives and friends.
