Helen Rose Kersey Hunt

When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be.  With care, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is comforting the loved ones of Mrs. Helen Rose Kersey Hunt, age 87 of Laurinburg, North Carolina formerly of Manson, North Carolina.  Mrs. Hunt transitioned on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at the Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Burchette Chapel United Church of Christ in Manson, North Carolina.  Reverend Charlie Leath, Pastor will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  two children, Marilyn Martin (Tony) of North Carolina and Charles Hunt, III. (Vivian) of Tennessee; three grandchildren, Nicole of North Carolina, Tianne of New Jersey and Elijah of Ohio; three great-grandchildren, Jaylen, Jazmin and Jayda all of North Carolina; one brother, James Kersey (Mae) of New York; close lifelong friends, Louise, Ruby, Doris and Bea; several nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Mrs. Hunt will lie in repose at R. H. Greene Funeral Home on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
