Obituary
Precious Lord, take my hand, lead me home, let me stand. With sympathy and care, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the loved ones of Mrs. Geneva Durham Watson, age 70 of Manson, North Carolina. Mrs. Watson transitioned on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at the Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, North Carolina.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.
Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by: a son, Jeffrey Drumgo (Georgiana) of Newport News, Virginia; three daughters, Rhonda Drumgo and Sonya Drumgo Keel (Frank), both of Manson, North Carolina and Seka Watson of Henderson, North Carolina; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; a nephew raised in the home as a sibling, John Durham (Justine) of Keenes, Illinois; three sisters, Minnie Harrington of Jamaica Queens, New York, Barbara Ann Dortch of Manson, North Carolina and Jacqueline Tyson (Lynn) of Warrenton, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
The family will receive visitors and friends at 1376 US Highway 1 South in Manson, North Carolina.
Services are entrusted to R. H. Greene Funeral Home.
