Evangelist Cora Williams Gease

When He calls me, I will answer, I’ll be somewhere listening for my name.  R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering care and concern to the loved ones of Evangelist Cora Williams Gease age 91 of the Inez Community.  Evangelist Gease transitioned on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. 

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church in the Inez Community.  The Reverend David Watts will officiate and interment will follow in the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Inez.

Evangelist Gease leaves everlasting memories to be cherished by:  nine grandchildren, Terrence Gease, Shatrease Townes, Curtis Gease, Jhetovi Gease, Johnathan Booker, Christina Jefferson, Robert Church, Bernard Jones, Jr. and Brandon Jones; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Rhoda Conyers; one brother, Ottaway Williams, Sr.; four spiritual daughters, Kim Burnette, Daleen Walker, Corlette Dobbins and Shermata Payne; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Evangelist Gease viewing will be held at the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, March 11, 2022 from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.

The service will be livestreamed on the Salvation and Praise Tabernacle facebook page.
