Mrs. Brandt transitioned on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Duke Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Greenwood Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina. The Reverend Eddie W. Lawrence, Pastor, and Bishop James Terrell Alston will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Everlasting and precious memories will forever be cherished by: her devoted daughter, Lisa Carroll (Randy) of Raleigh, North Carolina; her grandchildren, Anthony Duckett, Jr. of Alexandria, Virginia, Stacey Duckett of Waldorf, Maryland, Lisa Duckett of Fort Washington, Maryland, Brianna Duckett of Durham, North Carolina, Kenneth Carroll of Albany, Georgia, Te’Laysia Wiggins of Henderson, North Carolina, Terrance Wiggins, Jr. of Warrenton, North Carolina and Jayuan Wiggins of Zephyrhills, Florida; two sisters-in-love, Ada Simes Davis (Sandy) of Warrenton, North Carolina and Yvonne Bryant of Columbia, Maryland; a special friend, Michael Williams of Warrenton, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Mrs. Brandt will lie in repose in R. H. Greene Funeral Home on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.
The family will receive visitors and friends at the home, 894 Baltimore Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.
