Edward "Butch" Williams, Jr.

With heavy hearts, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relatives of Mr. Edward “Butch” Williams, Jr., age 70 of Washington, D.C., formerly of Warren County, North Carolina as they prepare to say farewell.  Mr. Williams transitioned on Monday, March 22, 2021 at his residence in Washington, D.C.  

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Spring Green Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Cindy P. Davis will officiate.

Those left to celebrate and cherish fond memories are:  three daughters, Nekisha M. Clary (Vince) of Columbia, Maryland, Tamekia Wright of District Heights, Maryland and Nakia C. W. Gardner (Victor) of Temple Hills, Maryland; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Judith Bullock of Warrenton, North Carolina; two nieces, Latashia (James) and Camekia; seven great nieces and nephews; three great-great nieces and nephews; a special friend, Michele Wells of Odenton, Maryland; a host of cousins, relatives and friends who shared many wonderful times together.
