Dennis Lee Hymon

Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the loved ones of Mr. Dennis Lee Hymon, age 59 of Henderson, North Carolina.  Mr. Hymon transitioned on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Coley Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Carson F. Jones, Jr., Pastor will officiate, the Reverend Craig A. Hymon, Sr., will deliver the eulogy and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  a special friend, Jackie Terry of Henderson, North Carolina; eight special adopted grandchildren, Jamiyah Thomas, Jayla Thomas, Joshua Hargrove, Jahkiese Hargrove, Jace "Peanut" Hargrove, Jaiden Owens, and Janaisha Owens; one sister, Tammy Hymon Kelly (George) of Warrenton, North Carolina; one brother, Reverend Craig A. Hymon, Sr. (Jamilla) of Bowie, Maryland; five aunts, Mary R. Green (Larry), Shirley Jones, Constance Drumgold, Mary Alice Drumgold all of Henderson, North Carolina and Elizabeth Hymon Kearney of Paterson, New Jersey; one uncle, Harold Drumgold of Henderson, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews, a host of cousins, coworkers, classmates, relatives and friends.

Mr. Hymon will lie in repose on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors and friends at 251 Jordan School Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.
