Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relatives of Deaconess Helen Henderson Williams, age 91 of 804 US Highway 1 South, Norlina, North Carolina, as they prepare to say farewell. Deaconess Williams transitioned on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at her residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. on the grounds of Spring Green Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina. Reverend Sylvester Hammie, Pastor will officiate and Reverend Alonza Williams will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Deaconess Williams leaves to cherish her memories: four children, Pattie Yankee and Alonza B. Williams (Shari), both of Chesterfield, Virginia, Evelyn Woods (James, Jr.) of Hampton, Virginia and David Williams (Racquel) of Ridgeway, North Carolina; three grandsons, Jasun Williams (Julienne), James Woods and Jaron Woods; two great granddaughters, Beyonce Brady and Ariah Williams; one nephew, John Henderson; a special cousin and friend, Alice Collins, many cousins and friends.
Deaconess Williams may be viewed on Monday, August 9, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Spring Green Baptist Church.
Face covering and social distancing will be observed.
