Deacon Jordan transitioned on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehab in Henderson, North Carolina.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the sanctuary of Ridgeway Missionary Baptist Church in Norlina, North Carolina. The Reverend Nicole Jones will officiate and interment will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery in Norlina, North Carolina.
Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by: his wife, Shirley E. Williams Jordan of the home; one sister, Edith Graves of Morena Valley, California; one brother, Henry Lee Jordan (Joan) of Kansas City, Kansas; four sisters-in-law, Lula Hill of Warrenton, North Carolina, Emma Littlejohn of Charlotte, North Carolina, Darlene Williams of Norlina, North Carolina and Effie Jordan of South Carolina; one brother-in-law, Maurice Williams (Kimiko) of Norlina, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, community members and friends.
Deacon Jordan will lie in repose in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home on Thursday, May 9, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

The family will receive visitors and friends at the home, 1145 Ridgeway Warrenton Road, Norlina, North Carolina.
