Charles W. "Chuck" Harris

I must tell Jesus all of my trials, I cannot bear these burdens alone.  In my distress, he kindly will help me; He ever loves me and cares for His own.  R. H. Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relatives of Mr. Charles W. "Chuck" Harris, age 67 of 185 Red Hill Loop Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.  Mr. Harris transitioned on Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Maria Parham Medical Center in Henderson, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Greenwood Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Eddie W. Lawrence, Pastor will officiate. Interment with fireman’s honors will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  his wife, Willie Mae Richardson Harris of the home; one step-daughter, Charli Silver of Henderson, North Carolina; three step-grandchildren, Kiyona, Avery and Lyric; seven siblings, Hazel H. Copeland of Warrenton, North Carolina, Nina H. Davis (James) of Leesburg, Virginia, Larry E. Harris (Venicia) of Warrenton, North Carolina, Lytonia H. Coleman (Charles) of Creedmoor, North Carolina, Anita Crelan (Barry) of Chester, Virginia, Paula L. Harris of Warrenton, North Carolina and Karen White (Angelo) of Wake Forest, North Carolina; his mother-in-law, Rosell Richardson of Hollister, North Carolina; six sisters-in-law, Tarsha Richardson (Robin) of Warrenton, North Carolina, Darlene Burgess (Donnell) of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Charlene Williams and Brenda Carter, both of Hollister, North Carolina, Mahalia Harris of Warrenton, North Carolina and Sarah Harris of Raleigh, North Carolina; one aunt, Ethel Green of Warrenton, North Carolina; his best friend/cousin, Robert Greene of Warrenton, North Carolina; loyal friends of the “coffee crew” and  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Harris will lie in repose on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.

The family will receive visitors and friends at the home located at 185 Red Hill Loop Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.
