Charles Bernard McKnight

When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be.  With hearts of compassion, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is standing with the relative of Mr. Charles Bernard McKnight, age 72 of Wise, North Carolina.  Mr. McKnight transitioned on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Locust Grove Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Kenneth Alexander will officiate, the Reverend Kendall Riddick, Pastor will deliver the eulogy and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  three children, Charles "WoWo" McKnight of Henderson, North Carolina, Stacy Mushaw-Terry of Durham, North Carolina and Rhonda Mushaw of Warrenton, North Carolina; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Dianna Talley of Warrenton, North Carolina and Deborah McKnight of Henderson, North Carolina; one aunt, Dr. Esther Alexander-Terry of Warrenton, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mr. McKnight will lie in repose on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors at the home, 802 Cole Farm Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.
