Cassandra Annette Bender

With consoling hearts, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the loved ones of Ms. Cassandra Annette Bender, age 59 of Wise, North Carolina.  Ms. Bender transitioned on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Rex Medical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

A walk through memorial will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home in Warrenton, North Carolina.  A private celebration of life will follow for immediate family.

She is survived by:  three children, Adrienne Leslie Wilson (Wade) of Arcola, North Carolina, Clinton Bender (Cassidy) and Charles Bender, both of Wise, North Carolina; five grandchildren; her parents, Lizzie Hargrove Davis and Charlie “CW” Davis of Wise, North Carolina; three brothers, Clarence Bender (Patricia), Kenneth Bender (Kinell) and Ritchie Green all of Wise, North Carolina; four sisters, Nicole Davis-Gill (Kevin) of Henderson, North Carolina, Kathy Hazel (Warren) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Karen Davis and Naya Davis, both of Washington, D.C.; her love, Alfred Virgil Conner; a very special friend who was like a sister, Charlene Hinton of Wise, North Carolina; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
