Annie Spencer Newell Cooper Robinson

When all of God’s children get there, we gonna have a good time, and what a time, what a time, what a mighty good time.  With hearts of compassion, R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering comfort to the loved ones of Mrs. Annie Spencer Newell Cooper Robinson, age 96 of Macon, North Carolina.  Mrs. Robinson transitioned on Friday, December 26, 2025 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 12:00 noon in the sanctuary of Spring Green Missionary Baptist Church in Warrenton, North Carolina.  The Reverend Sylvester Hammie, Pastor will officiate and Reverend Doris Jean Jones will deliver the eulogy.  Interment will follow in the Greater Lovely Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Macon, North Carolina.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  four children, Willie N. Cooper of Warrenton, North Carolina, Viola Ruth Pope, Annie Louise Rawles and Reverend Doris Jean Jones, all of Macon, North Carolina; thirteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren and twenty great-great grandchildren; one sister, Leonia Dunston of Warrenton, North Carolina; four god-children, Annie L. Davis, Leavonia Hargrove, both of Norlina, North Carolina, Hattie D. Jordan of Macon, North Carolina and Patricia Dunston of Wake Forest, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, community and friends.

Mrs. Robinson will lie in repose on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors at 218 Reedy Creek Road, Macon, North Carolina.
