Annie Laura Hicks

Cares all past, Home at last, Ever to rejoice.   Ms. Annie Laura Hicks age 80 of Manson, North Carolina departed this life on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Warren Hills Nursing Center in Warrenton, North Carolina.

A Graveside Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Soul City Cemetery in Norlina, North Carolina.  The Reverend Lucinda Williams will officiate and the Reverend Elton R. Buffaloe will deliver the eulogy.

Those left to cherish her memories are:  three children, Michael Marchese (Yolanda) of McDonough, Georgia, Adrianne Bullock of Manson, North Carolina and Chong Evans (Jarvis) of Henderson, North Carolina; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert “Mickey” Hicks of Soul City, North Carolina; one sister, Susie Hicks Pettaway of Manson, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

There will be no public viewing.

The family will receive visitors and friends at the home of Adrianne Bullock, 780 Manson Drewry Road in Manson, North Carolina.

Services are entrusted to R. H. Greene Funeral Home.
