Andrew Perry "A.P." Silver

If you see me flying on a cloud, I made it home, if you see me with two wings, I got my crown.  R. H. Greene Funeral Home is offering sympathy and compassion to the loved ones of Mr. Andrew "A.P." Silver, age 81 of Warrenton, North Carolina.  Mr. Silver transitioned on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the Warren Hills Nursing Center in Warrenton, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of R. H. Greene Funeral Home.  The Reverend John Neal will officiate and interment will follow in the Spring Green Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Warrenton, North Carolina.

He is survived by:  his wife, Betty Silver of the home; an adopted son, Jeffrey Hargrove of the home; three sisters, Ruby Alston (Sidney) of Whitaker, North Carolina, Nancy Pulley (Russell) of Nashville, North Carolina and Lusella Hargrove (Otis) of Elm City, North Carolina; three sisters-in-law, Mary Campbell (Earl) and Sarah Sylver, both of Norlina, North Carolina and Ilene Bost (Santos) of Charlotte, North Carolina; three brothers-in-law, Ace Sylver (Linda) and Selver Sylver, both of Norlina, North Carolina and Bernard Sylver of Henderson, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Mr. Silver will lie in repose on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at R. H. Greene Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors and friends at 137 Powell Mill Road, Warrenton, North Carolina.
