Clementeen Robinson Reavis was born July 9, 1942 in Warren County, North
Carolina to the parentage of the late Joe Nathan Robinson and Clementeen Collins
Robinson. She transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest and peace on
Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Warren Hills Nursing Center in Warrenton,
North Carolina.
Clementeen attended the public schools of Warren County, including Wise
Schools.
At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal savior and joined the Pleasant
Hill Baptist Church in the Oakville Community, Macon, North Carolina. She
remained a member until her health declined.
On December 23, 1966, she was united in Holy Matrimony to Elder Edward
Reavis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: nine siblings, Joe Henry,
Cora Lee, Hannah, Eugene, Scott, Willie Frances, Larry, Harry and James.
Those left to cherish precious memories of Clementeen are: her loving and
devoted husband of fifty-five years, Elder Edward Reavis, Jr. of the home; three
brothers, Spencer Robinson (Marcelle) of Teaneck, New Jersey, Alcurtis Robinson
(Helen) of Wise, North Carolina and James Robinson of Lerado, Texas; three
sisters, Queen Robinson of New York, New York, Joanne Irby of Wake Forest,
North Carolina and Lucy Marton (James) of Raleigh, North Carolina; a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Clementeen was a loving wife, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by her
family and community. Thank you, Father God, for sharing her life with us!
