Carol Annette Phillips

Carol Annette Phillips​​ was born on January 10, 1967 in Warrenton, NC to Marie Phillips Bagley and the late Mr. Willis Bagley.

Carol joined Providence Christian Church at an early age. She received her formal education at Warren County HighSchool and graduated in 1985. She later moved to NY at age 19 where she received her training in nursing and worked for Blue Cross Blue shield and left to pursue her career at the New York City Department of Corrections as an Administrative Manager for 26 years.

Carol was an avid traveler and became a licensed Travel Agent. She was the owner of Sassy Classy Travel alongside her Assistant Deborah Licorish in the Bronx ,New York.

Carol was a fun-loving person and had a great love of people and love to travel. She loved to travel, the celebration of family gatherings and fun trips will not be the same without her.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2pm, Saturday, November 2, 2019 from The New Providence Christian Missionary Baptist Church.  Rev. Kathard Marks will officiate and Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery

Carol was preceded in death by her Father Willis Bagley and three Aunts Rosa Howell, Alice Bagley and Mary Helen Terry.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving mother Marie Bagley, special friend Bobby Charles Sr./son Bobby Jr. Three Aunts Rosa Howell (Roy) of Bronx, NY, Thelema Howell (McKinley) of Newark NJ, and Christine Davis of Palmier Springs VA. One Uncle Eddie Lee Bagley(Gloria) of New York, NY.  Four special cousin Patricia T Williams of Garner, NC and Barbara Hargrove, David Lorenzo Terry of Norlina, NC. and Quintin Howell of Bronx NY, and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends. God Neices Jazmine Green, Tiara London, and Ieshia Bellinger. (see below order of service).
