Annie Mae Russell

What a friend we have in Jesus, what a privilege to carry, everything to God in prayer.  With compassion, R. H. Greene is offering comfort to the relatives of Ms. Annie Russell of Denville, New Jersey formerly of Norlina, North Carolina.  Ms. Russell transitioned on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at The Oaks of Denville in Denville, New Jersey.  

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Ridgeway Baptist Church in Norlina, North Carolina.  The Reverend Willie T. Ramey, III., Pastor will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Everlasting memories will forever be cherished by:  one son, AJ Hughes (Danielle) of Ledgewood, New Jersey; four siblings, Margaret Russell of Ridgeway, North Carolina, Lucille Alexander of Warrenton, North Carolina, John Henry Russell of New Bern, North Carolina and Samuel Russell of Manson, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Ms. Russell will lie in repose at R. H. Greene Funeral Home on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.
